Arb Sentry is a subscription-based service that scans online marketplaces for Pokemon trading card listings, provides AI-powered condition analysis and grade predictions, and delivers deal alerts to subscribers. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, or professional advice. All price estimates, grade predictions, profit calculations, and deal recommendations are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy of AI grade predictions
• The accuracy of price estimates or profit calculations
• The availability or timing of deal alerts
• The actual condition of any card listed on third-party platforms
• The reliability or authenticity of third-party sellers
• Future market prices or card values

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for unused service within 7 days of purchase.

• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arb Sentry and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
