Make sure you've verified your email address and check your spam folder. You can also check your alert settings in the Alerts page.
How accurate are the grade predictions?
Our AI predictions are estimates based on visible card condition. Actual grades may vary. We recommend using predictions as a guide, not a guarantee.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused service. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
